Below you will find some suggestions meant to give you an idea of when and where you might want music in your wedding. We can perform music during any or all of your wedding. Vegas Wedding Entertainment also provides "DJ" services as well as "MC" (emcee), all working simultaneously. Music is definitely one of the MOST IMPORTANT elements of a wedding, and therefore requires much consideration. Especially if you want to create that certain atmosphere and to make your special day go smoothly.
As soon as you confirm a wedding date and secure a location for your ceremony and reception, you should begin making arrangements for the music. We are experts at coordinating entertainment for weddings. Contact us to discuss all the options so that we can make this process a truly painless experience. It would be a good idea to check with us 90 days in advance. (Most popular wedding music professionals are booked six months to one year in advance.)
Having music greet your guests at the social hour is a wonderful way to begin the festivities of your wedding day. The music should not be loud because the social hour is when your guests will want to "socialize" and catch up on old times.
One month before your wedding date have a meeting with our coordinator to confirm all your reception music details such as introductions, announcements and special songs. We can provide "live" music and/or "DJ" all or part of your reception. Bring a list of songs you want played for special moments. (i.e., first dance, father bride etc.)
